Ice Cream Productions was founded by Edward Joseph Sattelberger, a dedicated educator who recognized that traditional education systems often fail students who learn differently. With firsthand experience working with at-risk youth, Edward Joseph Sattelberger built this program to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline.
Our approach is simple but revolutionary: meet students where they're at, focus on their strengths, and give them real-world experiences that build confidence and skills.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

We provide comprehensive solutions that create a supportive triangle between students, families, and schools—working together for student success.
We implement proven strategies that address behavioral challenges with understanding and positive reinforcement, helping students develop self-regulation and make better choices.
Through collaborative activities and team-based learning, students develop social skills, learn to work together, and build meaningful connections with their peers.
We create a powerful partnership between the school and family, forming a supportive triangle that surrounds the student with consistent guidance, communication, and care.
We partner with school districts and families to provide expert consultation on IEP and 504 plans. Our team advocates for students' needs and helps navigate the process to ensure every child receives the accommodations and support they deserve.
